central location good bus links quiet neighborhood local knowledge

the location worked well with the bus stop just outside. it made travel easy. the neighborhood felt quiet at night which i enjoyed. the staff knew the area well and gave solid recommendations.

The bathroom window didn't lock. This concerned me a little.

the location was acceptable, close to the beach.

The tv reception was terrible throughout my stay of several days and detracted from any chance to relax in the room. I found this quite frustrating.

Mixed Experience at the Hotel

awful smell stained mattress

I was disappointed with a few aspects. The bathroom had an awful smell that affected the whole room. The mattress was dirty and stained. It had no topper, just a single thin sheet. I also noticed there was no staff on site at all. This made it difficult to address the issues promptly.

simple and clean stay

clean bedding clean towel easy location

The room was quite basic though it was very clean. The bedding and towels were also clean. the self check-in process was simple. the location is close enough to walk to town, which i liked a lot.

i found only two plugs in the room. these were plugged into the mini fridge and the tv, so i constantly unplugged them to use the kettle and charge my phone.

the double room was not very big, but it included a tv, a fridge, and tea and coffee facilities. enough towels were available. complimentary shower body washes were a handy addition.

There are many restaurants and supermarkets located close to the hotel. I could easily walk to different establishments. these options made dining convenient and accessible.

The hotel is steps away from the beach and close to the pier. there is a bus stop located right in front of the hotel. Kemptown is also very close.

The hotel provides self check-in. This process was easy and convenient! i did not meet any staff in person. the entrance to the hotel uses a code.

The front desk management seems lovely and helpful. Though i did not meet them, i appreciated their efficiency. directions and instructions for access were easy to follow.
